Aneesh Daniel is a writer, director, and producer by profession and a poet by nature. He began his career under the tutelage of maestros or assisting maestros such as Bhimsain, Shyam Benegal, Jijo Punnoose, Kavita Choudhary, Bharat Rangachary, and Mira Nair in Bombay before emerging as a director in 1998. A director with an eye for detail and meticulousness who’s always ready to go the extra mile, he firmly believes that for a good film, a great script is paramount—the latest being for “The Least of These,” which bagged 7 Crown Awards in Nashville, USA, in 2019. |
