Jennifer Manchikanti has over 16 years of corporate experience across various talent functions. In her current role as a Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner at EY Global Delivery Services, Jennifer is involved in the design, development, and implementation of D&I programs. She drives initiatives that focus on gender parity, cross-cultural and multi-generational teaming, and inclusive leadership. She leads conversations on belonging and inclusive leadership skills that aim towards empowering people to develop a differentiated skillset around understanding, motivating, influencing, and building trust across diverse teams. Jennifer founded and co-leads the women’s ministry at her local church, which aims at empowering and engaging women through discipleship and accountability. This ministry focuses on creating a safe space for women to build meaningful friendships while learning and growing together.
