Manoj George, an Advocate of the Supreme Court of India, is the Managing Partner of the firm Law Office of the Georges in New Delhi. He leads an NGO called the Nitisuryan Center for Peace & Justice- let there be no sunset of righteousness. Having trained in the office of Shri. C. S. Vaidyanathan, Senior Counsel, Supreme Court of India, he has done extensive research and provided assistance for Senior Counsel on various legal issues in forums like the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, TDSAT, NCDRC, Electricity Tribunal, Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunals, etc. Some of the prominent social causes he has handled are: the banning of liquor vends within 500 metres of National and state highways across India, representing the church in a litigation on the Homosexuality verdict (Sec 377), and challenge to Anti-Conversion Law in Himachal Pradesh among others.
